This school holiday, we are thrilled to bring something truly extraordinary to our community — an opportunity that has never been offered here before. For the first time, our girls will have access to an award-winning Australian entrepreneurship methodology, designed to build confidence, leadership, and real-world skills that last a lifetime.
We are proud to partner with the Academy of Entrepreneurs (AOE), known globally for empowering young people to become bold, purpose-driven leaders. You may explore the program here:
Why Entrepreneurship for Young Girls?
In today’s fast-changing world, young women need more than academic knowledge. They need creativity, resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to think independently. Entrepreneurship education provides exactly that — even if a student never becomes an entrepreneur, the mindset and skills stay with her forever.
This is why we carefully selected the Academy of Entrepreneurs to deliver this program. Their approach is practical, inspirational, values-based, and deeply aligned with character formation.
Meet the Woman Behind the Methodology
The program was created by Paula Mills, a serial entrepreneur with a remarkable global journey — born in Brazil, raised in South Africa, and for the past 20 years, building education companies in Australia.
Paula is a long-term friend of The Work and collaborates with many Opus Dei schools around the world. Her mission is simple but powerful:
Equip young people with the mindset and tools to build a purposeful, impactful life.
What Your Daughter Will Gain
By joining this program, your daughter will:
Learn proven entrepreneurship and leadership frameworks
Build decision-making, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Boost her confidence and creativity
Discover her passions and strengths
Create a project that reflects her ideas and values
Be guided by internationally experienced mentors
Be part of a supportive community of girls learning, exploring, and growing together
This is not just a holiday activity — it’s an investment in your daughter’s future.
A Personal Invitation to Parents
We believe deeply in the potential of every young woman in our school. This is why we invited the Academy of Entrepreneurs to create this transformational program specifically for our girls.
If there is one gift you can give your daughter this holiday, let it be this:
the confidence to lead, the courage to dream, and the skills to make her ideas real.
I warmly and wholeheartedly encourage you to enrol your daughter and give her the opportunity to experience this life-changing journey.
With gratitude,
Julaina
