Leadership Students Masterclass at the Consulate

ree

Today, our Leadership students had a truly unforgettable experience — a masterclass at the Consulate, hosted by the General Consul.

The session focused on how trade and diplomacy connect Asia and the European Union, giving students a real-world understanding of global collaboration.

The General Consul shared inspiring insights on how trust and transparency shape international partnerships, giving students a glimpse into the mindset of effective diplomatic leaders.

From the power of first impressions — including how to greet, shake hands, and build trust — to strategic communication and networking, our future changemakers learned the soft and hard skills needed to lead on the world stage.

They also explored how international trade agreements work, how cultural intelligence shapes business relationships, and how young leaders can play a role in building bridges between nations. This hands-on session inspired many to consider future projects and careers in diplomacy, entrepreneurship, and international relations.

This wasn’t just a class — it was a real-world leadership lab where knowledge met diplomacy.
