At the Academy of Entrepreneurs, we believe that learning English should not be about memorising vocabulary or passing exams. It should open doors, build confidence, and prepare young people for real opportunities in the world.
That belief came to life through our English for Entrepreneurs program, a powerful, hands-on learning experience delivered in Indonesia, designed to teach students English while simultaneously developing their entrepreneurial mindset.
This was not a traditional classroom experience.
It was an energetic, practical, and inspiring day where students learned by doing.
Learning English Through Real-World Application
Instead of worksheets and memorisation, students were immersed in activities that challenged them to:
Communicate ideas clearly in English
Work in teams and problem-solve together and build business ideas
Think creatively and confidently
Present ideas in front of others
Build leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
Every activity is intentionally designed so that language learning happened naturally through action — the same way entrepreneurs learn by doing.
Students weren’t just learning English words; they were learning how to use English to express ideas, pitch solutions, and collaborate with others.
English + Entrepreneurship = Confidence
What made this program special was the integration of entrepreneurial thinking into every activity.
Through games, challenges, and interactive sessions, students explored:
Creative thinking and innovation
Confidence in speaking and presenting
Teamwork and leadership
Problem-solving in real-world scenarios
By the end of the session, students weren’t just practicing English — they were thinking like young entrepreneurs, using language as a tool to express ideas, persuade others, and take initiative.
A High-Energy Learning Environment
The atmosphere throughout the day was energetic, supportive, and full of enthusiasm. Students actively participated, laughed, collaborated, and proudly showcased what they learned.
Teachers and facilitators guided students not by lecturing, but by coaching — encouraging them to speak up, take risks, and believe in their own potential.
This approach transformed the classroom into a space where learning felt exciting, empowering, and meaningful.
Preparing Students for a Global Future
English is more than a subject — it’s a gateway to opportunity. When combined with entrepreneurial skills, it becomes a powerful tool for global success.
Through the English for Entrepreneurs program, students gained:
Confidence in communication
Exposure to entrepreneurial thinking
Practical skills they can apply in school, university, and future careers
A global mindset and belief in their own potential
This program reflects our mission at the Academy of Entrepreneurs: To equip young people with the skills, mindset, and confidence to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
We are incredibly proud of the students, educators, and partners who made this program such a success. And this is just the beginning.
More programs, more impact, and more future leaders in the making.
Because when students learn English through purpose, possibility opens.
