This month, the Academy of Entrepreneurs proudly signed a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding with the Music Conservatory of Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar to bring entrepreneurship education to every one of their high school students. Fully funded by UNICEF, this project represents more than a partnership—it’s a bold commitment to shaping a generation of creative, confident problem-solvers.

By integrating entrepreneurial thinking into a space traditionally dedicated to artistic excellence, we’re planting seeds of innovation, leadership, and opportunity where the next generation of changemakers can flourish. This fusion of music and entrepreneurship is rooted in shared values: creativity, discipline, and the courage to perform—whether on stage or in business. It’s a holistic approach that empowers students to dream boldly and act with purpose.

Why does this matter? Because the future of Mongolia—and the world—depends on equipping young people not just with technical skills, but with the mindset to lead and innovate. In a region where access to entrepreneurial education has been limited, this partnership ensures no student is left behind. It marks a new chapter in AE’s global impact strategy—one that centers local culture, unlocks talent, and positions youth as catalysts for sustainable change. And it all begins in Ulaanbaatar.
