Paula started her first social enterprise project when she was 9 and since then, she has been a social entrepreneur every single day.

Over 10 years ago, Paula recognized a gap between education and the fast-paced world of business and innovation. Driven by this insight, she united with thousands of entrepreneurs from around the world and established the world's first Accredited incubator, now renowned as the Academy of Entrepreneurs, which teaches students in 130+ countries.

Paula stands as a genuine embodiment of purpose-driven dedication, transcending generational expectations. Her resolute focus on purpose has led her to establish schools, orphanages, and social initiatives across diverse continents including Latin America, Africa, Australia, and South-East Asia.
